Liv'it LIVE - 6th September

We kicked off the new session thinking about "Change", and we heard how God had changed the lives of many of the people who attend Livit LIVE, over the summer by speaking to them at LIVIT CAMP & SOUL SURVIVOR. Tim Shire summed up by reminding us how the Holy Spirit will bless our lives if we allow God to change us, so that we follow him.

Livit paid it's first visit to Farnworth Baptist tonight, where we met up with alot of our friends from "Zacs Bar". John Bradbury (Heywood Baptist) spoke about Gideon and how he "changed the world" despite all the odds being against him. John told us that the life of Gideon should inspire us (the young people of today) to go and "Change the World" in God's power.

Liv'it LIVE - 11th APRIL

Livit returned to Farnworth Baptist tonight, where our friends from "Zacs Bar", had invited us. We had a really challenging night as Serge (from Zac's - via Cameroon!!) tackled the tough topic of Relationships and Sex. He told us what God expects from us as Christians in connection with this based on the verses in (1 Corinthians 6 v 12 - 20). Are WE living up to our responsibilities?

Liv'it LIVE - 2nd MAY

Livit returned to Bolton Road Methodist tonight for the first time in a couple of years, and we also had our friends the "ARK" band leading the worship, again after a couple of years or so. It was a great evening where David Kell (The King's Church, Little Lever) challenged us to run this race, our Christian Life, so that we mean to win. He talked about the attitude of our top atheletes when they compete, mentioning Paula Radcliffe in particular. (You should have been there if you wanted to hear the story!!!!!)
